Ingredients:
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 onion
garlic
1/2 red pepper
1 cup of snow peas
1 average sized zuccini
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup of table cream
salt
pepper
Directions:
Wash and cut the veggies into thin slices. Pour the olive oil into a large
frying pan. Add the onion, garlic, red pepper, snow peas, and zuccini. Stir frequently.
Cook over low heat until the veggies start to have a golden color then add the wine.
Continue cooking over low heat until the wine has evaporated. Add the cream, salt, and
pepper, and stir for one 1 minute more. |
