1 pound of shark, Steak cut
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt, pepper,thyme
1 lemon

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease each piece with the oil. Lightly sprinkle salt, pepper and the herbs over the meat. Squeeze a lemon and pour the juice over the meat. Cook for 35 minutes or until the meat is white and tender. Before serving remove the skin.

Shark is an inexpensive and tasty fish. It should be served with some sauce such as bearnaise.

A good side dish would be mixed vegetables
